The East African Local Governments Association (EALGA) is an Umbrella Organisation of National Associations of Local Governments Authorities in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya and Rwanda. The four National Associations, namely ALAT, ALGAK, ULGA and RALGA came together on 10th May, 2005, to form EALGA.
